GP Education: FREE Clinical Placement Program in Cancer Survivorship

Enhance your ability to care for people living with and beyond cancer: 

General practitioners are invited to attend a free oncology placement at one of eight Victorian Hospital across specialist clinics including breast, geriatric, palliative and gynae-oncology to improve their skills and knowledge in cancer management and network with local oncology specialists.

Includes:

  • Attendance at 2-3 specialist clinics including a MDM choosing from a wide selection of cancer types. (~7-10 hours)
  • Flexible online booking system.
  • Optional face-to-face workshops.
  • Financial assistance for rural GPs (>200km from Melbourne)
