I-PACED Prostate and Oesophagogastric Cancer forum

This forum aims to support GP’s and primary care staff in providing optimal care for prostate and oesophagogastric cancers. The Implementing PAthways for Cancer Early Diagnosis (I-PACED) project is a collaboration between Cancer Council Victoria and The University of Melbourne and supported by the DHHS.

I.CAN

The I.CAN Cancer Survivorship Program was developed involving a dietitian and exercise physiologist to promote sustainable healthy eating, physical activity and weight maintenance for cancer survivors. The main goal of the I.CAN program is to equip cancer survivors with the skills and knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reduce their increased risk of chronic conditions.

Gippsland Cancer Survivorship Program

This program commenced in October 2016 and is funded by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services as a part of the Victorian Cancer Survivorship Program (VCSP). The program aims to establish a shared care model of post treatment follow-up for cancer patients and their families in Gippsland which will help improve cancer outcomes in the region and also provide better co-ordinated cancer care.
