The aim and benefits of the Program are strongly aligned with the key objectives of the Primary Health Networks (PHNs) and optimal care pathways (OCPs). The program also supports the adoption of the OCPs by linking PCPs to relevant evidence-based resources and improving their understanding of the different disciplines involved in cancer care throughout each stage of the trajectory.
