Gippsland PHN is a federally funded primary health care organisation with a focus on supporting general practice, health planning, health system integration and commissioning services in line with national and local health priorities. Gippsland PHN key objectives are to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes, and to improve coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

Gippsland HealthPathways is a web-based tool designed for general practice to assist health professionals with assessing, managing and referring a patient within our region.

Black Pages provides information about Indigenous services across Gippsland and includes mainstream health and community services available.

My Health Record

My Health Record is a secure online summary of your health information which was previously known as the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record (PCEHR). 

Education and Events

Gippsland PHN provides education and professional development opportunities to health professionals in Gippsland.
